Jack Lipovac, SPHR
HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANT |
Jack has over twenty-five years of experience as a human resource consultant. He is president of HR-OneSource, a human resource-consulting firm with several professional staff, all of who perform a wide range of services for both public and private employers in the areas of human resource management and labor relations. His firm works with diverse employers, such as co-ops, ag retailers, cities, counties, health care providers, school districts, manufacturing and service firms. He represents employers at PERB/NLRB hearings and civil rights investigations; develops personnel policies and job descriptions and provides advice to employers on all aspects of human resources. Jack presents seminars and training sessions on human resources and labor relations topics, and performs job searches for executive and senior level positions.
Jack has a Masters Degree in Human Resources and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). |

CLINT DAVIS, SPHR

Clint has over 35 years of experience in human resource management, the majority of which was with the State of Iowa human resources department. He has worked in and managed virtually every specialty area in the human resources field, including candidate search and screening for numerous key executive level positions. He also has extensive experience in position classification, job evaluation, salary plan development and administration, employee performance planning and evaluation, collective bargaining, and human resource project management. He conducts training on documentation and discipline, performance management, interviewing and candidate selection.
Clint holds two degrees from Drake University -- a BA degree in Psychology and a MPA degree in Human Resource Management. At various times during his career, he has taught Human Resource Management as an adjunct instructor at both Drake University and Iowa State University.
Clint is a member of the Central Iowa Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and is certified through SHRM at the national level as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). |

DAVID L. HANSEN, SPHR, CCP
SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT |
During the first fourteen years of his thirty-five years of Human Resources experience, David held Human Resources Management positions in manufacturing, education, and banking. The last twenty-one years have been spent as a Human Resources Consultant working with businesses and associations in all types of industries.
His primary expertise is in compensation consulting where he holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
In addition, he holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation through the Society of Human Resources Management and specializes is all aspects of human resources and organization development consulting.
David holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from Drake University. He also completed his Employment Law Certification through Drake University. He has taught business and management courses and continues to be active in academic affairs by participating at different colleges and universities.
David is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, WorldatWork, Des Moines Compensation and Benefits Association, Rotary Club of Des Moines, and Iowa Society of Association Executives. |

KEVIN J. POKORNY

Kevin has 25 years of expertise in designing and delivering training include employment law, harassment prevention, workplace diversity, leadership, emotional intelligence, teamwork, performance coaching, interviewing and selection, critical thinking, facilitation, change management, and customer relations.
Kevin has extensive experience as a conference speaker and workshop presenter, meeting and project facilitator, facilitator of management team retreats, and a management coach. He has worked with all types of businesses throughout the U.S. including finance, insurance, health and senior care retirement, manufacturing, publishing, law enforcement, education, small business, education, non-profit and government.
Kevin has a BA in Liberal Arts from Drake University. He has a certificate in Internal Consulting from the University Associates Consulting and Training Services in San Diego. Kevin is a member of the Central Iowa Chapter of SHRM and its Diversity Committee, and is a member of the Emmaus House Board of Directors. |
