New I-9 Rules Go in Effect February 2, 2009

 

On December 17, 2008, the USCIS interim final rule to streamline the Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9) process was published in the Federal Register.  Employers must begin using this new version of the form on February 2, 2009.
