HR-OneSource’s “Members-Only”
Website has been designed to assist human resource
managers in meeting their HR responsibilities. This
site is fee based (annual fee) and consists of three
separate products -- HR Library, Employee Handbook, and
Job Descriptions. Listed below is a summary of each
module:
HR
Library
This module is required to access the other two modules
(Employee Handbook, and Job Descriptions). This Library
is organized according to the various functions that HR
managers perform, including hiring, managing employees,
administration, compliance, compensation, benefits and
safety. Each area includes FAQ’s, Law Overviews,
Reference Materials, Forms and Documents. The Library
also provides News/Court Cases, State Comparison Tables
and Links.
Employee Handbook
This
module provides you with the ability to generate your
own customized employee handbook. We provide you
instructions on how to generate the handbook, which
policies we recommend be included and the ability to
download and customize the handbook to meet your
company’s needs.
Job Descriptions
This
module provides you with the ability to generate your
own customized job descriptions. We provide you with
the format, sample descriptions and information on how
to complete the form, and how to download the finished
job descriptions.
